Direct customer contacts on the rise
The TranslatorMarket service has been updated during the spring. We enabled direct contact from all language service profiles, regardless of the membership level of the profile. The aim was to bring the customer and the language service provider together as smoothly and quickly as possible. This strategy has worked very well: there was an immediate increase in direct contacts from profiles of up to 170% compared to before.
Around 90% of contacts from people looking for translators and interpreters come via profiles. This is a big opportunity for language service providers. Just one contact from a client can result in a significant order for work. In addition, a profile is a sales window that showcases the language service of the author to potential clients and networks 24/7.
